Your contract is secured
Thank you — the $1,500 deposit is through, it is credited against your contract value, and your start date is held. The remaining balance is invoiced in installments across the contract term. A receipt is sent to the email you used at checkout. If anything looks wrong, reply to that receipt or email hello@lccustomcopywriting.com.

Receipt and signed terms
Your receipt comes from the payment provider. Within one business day I send the signed agreement — total fee, installment schedule and the dates for each — plus a short input list.

Interviews and outline
We talk to the people who ran the work. You get an outline and the argument behind it to approve before any drafting starts.

Draft, revisions, delivery
Full draft in your house voice, two revision rounds, then editable files and a note on what to update next year.
